 [FR]  " UN grand MERCI à mes amis de Bulgarie, Jordanie, Maroc, Algérie, Tunisie, Espagne et Italie et Surtout un grand MERCI à l'AMSED pour cette belle expérience enrichissante humainement. 
C'est une chance unique d'avoir eu l'opportunité de partager et d'échanger avec 38 personnes venants de 8 pays sur un sujet primordial qui nous concerne tous
et que les jeunes de notre société ont tendance à laisser de côté!
La participation ( politique, vote, démocratie, associations, échange, etc.) est une affaire de tous et permettrait de faire bouger les choses dans certains domaines si la société participait d'avantage aussi bien en utilisant les nouvelles technologies (réseaux sociaux, forum, blog, etc.) qu'en se déplaçant directement.
Je souhaite à mon entourage et ceux que je ne connais pas à participer à ce genre de forum! J'ai appris sur les autres, sur moi et j'ai pris conscience à quel point nous les jeunes, étions l'avenir de demain et que ce sont nous qui pouvons faire bouger les choses! je ne pensais pas non plus que j'allais créer autant de lien en une semaine avec des personnes remarquables! En une semaine j'ai l'impression d'avoir voyagé dans 8 pays différents et c'est une émotion forte!
N'attendons pas demain! Agissons!"

La phase de préparation aura lieu avant la formation. Tous les participants seront invités à avoir une documentation initiale sur leurs réalités locales et nationales et de partager ces informations avec les autres participants à l'aide de ce blog.	Preparation phase will take place before the Forum. « Le Forum de bonnes pratiques sur la participation et la e-participation en utilisant la méthode du théâtre forum » sera organisé avec 8 associations partenaires représentées par 40 animateurs de jeunesse, jeunes bénévoles, ayant moins d’opportunité et débutants dans le programme jeunesse en action, issus des pays de l'UE, méditerranéens, à Strasbourg, du 3 au 11 mai 2014. Le forum vise une ouverture des horizons des jeunes participants et leurs associations vers d’autres bonnes pratiques en découvrant et analysant de nouveaux outils de participation des jeunes à la vie publique utilisant de nouvelles techniques numériques et interactives pour la démocratie participative en matière de participation physique ou virtuel et de maîtrise de nouveaux outils interactifs (le théâtre forum) en tant qu’outils de sensibilisation et d’éducation non formelle. Les jeunes participants cerneront la notion de l’e-participation via divers outils virtuels et interactifs, notamment le rôle des réseaux sociaux dans l’expression démocratique et la participation des jeunes défavorisés à l’ère du printemps arabe, via des ateliers interactifs, tables rondes avec experts, témoignages de jeunes participants engagés et visites et débats avec élus autour d'expériences locales. Les participants proposeront également des recommandations pour agir en tant que multiplicateurs dans leur contexte local en utilisant les méthodes d’éducation non formelle.

We would like to welcome you into the team of participants who are preparing for  «  Le Forum de bonnes pratiques sur la participation et la e-participation en utilisant la méthode du théâtre forum  »
 Le Forum de bonnes pratiques sur la participation et la e- participation  will be organized with eight partner organizations represented by 40 youth leaders, young volunteers with fewer opportunities and beginners the Youth in Action program , from the countries of the EU, Mediterranean in Strasbourg from 3 to 11 May 2014 . The forum aims to open horizons of young participants and their associations to other practices by discovering and analyzing new tools for youth participation in public life using new digital and interactive techniques for participatory democracy in physical participation or virtual and control of new interactive tools ( forum theater ) as a tool for awareness and non-formal education . Youth participants will identify the concept of e-participation through various virtual and interactive tools , including the role of social networks in the democratic expression and participation of disadvantaged youth in the era of the Arab Spring , through interactive workshops , tables round with expert testimonies from young participants engaged and visits and discussions with elected officials about local experiences. Participants offer also make recommendations to act as multipliers in their local context using non- formal education methods.
